When affiliates apply to your program, their applications wait for review under the **Candidates** tab on the **Affiliates** page.

RefCampaign verifies the applicant's email before showing the application to you. Unverified submissions do not enter the review queue.

Each row shows the applicant, their email, status, and submission date. Open a row to read their marketing profile and motivation before you decide.

## Approve an application

Click **Approve**, then choose how to onboard the affiliate:

* **Assign to campaigns** — pick one or more active campaigns. RefCampaign creates the affiliate immediately. Readable or direct links become available when the merchant's consent-aware SDK installation is trusted and the referral alias has synchronized; an opaque redirect link remains the fallback.
* **Add to pool without campaign** — the affiliate is approved and waits until you assign a campaign later.

On approval, RefCampaign creates the affiliate and emails them a link to their dashboard.

## Reject an application

Click **Reject**. You can add an optional reason, which is sent to the applicant. No affiliate account is created.

## Bulk actions

Select several applications to **Approve** or **Reject** them together from the actions bar.

### Application statuses

| Status    | Meaning                                        |
| --------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| Pending   | Waiting for your review.                       |
| Approved  | Accepted; the affiliate was created.           |
| Rejected  | Declined.                                      |
| Withdrawn | The applicant cancelled their own application. |

Applicants can reopen their status page with a magic link. The link verifies only the application that triggered it. They can withdraw an application while it is still pending.
